After purchase you will receive an email containing your unique access code. Go to the concert page, find the video player, and enter your code when prompted. Your code unlocks the stream immediately.
LIVE concerts stream in real time at a scheduled date and time. VOD (Video on Demand) concerts are pre-recorded and available to watch any time after purchase.
Sign in and go to My Account ? Subscription. From there you can change your plan, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes. On any concert page click "Gift this" and enter the recipient's name and email. They will receive a branded gift email with their access code. You are charged and they get the access.
We accept PayPal (including credit/debit cards linked to PayPal) and WiPay for Caribbean local card payments in TTD. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Access codes are personal and single-use. Sharing your code violates our Terms of Use and may result in account suspension. To share a concert with a friend, use the Gift feature on the concert page.
Please review our Refund Policy. Refunds are considered for technical failures, duplicate purchases, or event cancellations. Submit a request via the contact form below with your order reference number.
